As different work styles have evolved in recent years, so have the workspaces themselves.
There has been a dramatic shift from traditional fixed office work to a variety of location-independent work styles such as hot desking, nomadic work, telecommuting, and satellite offices.
As teleworking becomes increasingly popular, ACCEA CAFÉ aims to provide a service called "Telework Station" that allows users to create a workspace on the spot anywhere in the city.
Reservable telework booths and meeting rooms
telework booths (for 1 or 2 people) and meeting rooms (for 4, 6, or 8 people) are available by reservation only.
If you have a specific schedule, such as a web conference, you can be sure to get a telework room.
*Starting Thursday, May 16, 2024, reservations are required. A separate reservation fee will be charged.
For our corporate clients, we offer a "satellite office" service
Why not consider using any ACCEA CAFÉ location as your "satellite office"? Depending on how you work, they can be used as teleworking facilities for employees, meeting places, or business meeting places.
Easy Unattended Receiving & Automated Payment with BizSPOT App
First, download the BizSPOT app and register as a member.
By registering a credit card for automatic payment, you can easily use the application from reception to credit card payment without going through the tedious reception process.

Q What is a coworking space?
A A coworking space is a shared work environment for individuals and businesses. ACCEA Cafe operates as a "Telework Station," providing a workspace that anyone can use casually at any time. It is suitable for a wide range of purposes including freelance work, remote work, on-the-go tasks, and web conferences.

Q Do I need a reservation?
A No reservation is needed for general seating (counter seats, table seats, sofa seats, etc.). However, private booths (1-person and 2-person) and meeting rooms (4-person, 6-person, and 8-person) are reservation-only and require advance booking via the BizSPOT app.
Q Can children use the facility?
A Yes, but anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Available hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Children in elementary school and above are charged the regular usage fee.

Q What are the pricing options?
A Usage is available in 30-minute increments. App payment rates: 30 min ¥242 (tax incl.), 3-hour pack ¥1,210 (tax incl.), 1-day pack (up to 9 hours) ¥3,025 (tax incl.). Q What payment methods are available?
A Credit card payment via the BizSPOT app (recommended) or cash payment are both accepted. App payment offers better rates.
Q Can I extend my time during my visit?
A Yes. Even if you are on a package rate, additional charges are incurred in 15-minute increments once the package time is exceeded. If using the app, the extension fee is calculated automatically.
Q Are there cancellation fees?
A There are no cancellation fees for general seating since no reservation is required. For cancellation policies regarding private booths and meeting rooms, please check the BizSPOT app.
Q Is there a fee to reserve a private room?
A A "reservation fee" applies when booking a telework booth or meeting room. However, Premium Members and Corporate Share Plan members are exempt from this fee.
Q What is the Premium Membership?

Q Is the BizSPOT app required?
A It is not required, but using the app gives you discounted rates, access to late-night hours at 24-hour locations (for identity-verified users), and the ability to reserve private rooms. Cash payment is also accepted, but requires processing at the front desk.
Q What should I do if I can't check in with the app?
A If the QR code cannot be read, please update the app to the latest version. If the issue persists, please ask the front desk staff for assistance, or switch to cash payment.
Q Can I temporarily leave and re-enter?
A Yes. While checked in, tap the "Temporary Exit/Entry" button and scan the QR code to exit. Use the same process to re-enter. Please note that usage fees continue to accrue during your absence.

Facilities & Services
Q What facilities are available?
A All seats are equipped with power outlets. Free Wi-Fi, free drinks, and light meal and food vending machines are available. Outside food and beverages are also permitted (alcohol excluded).
Q Is there a Wi-Fi password?
A We provide free Wi-Fi. The network name and password are posted inside the store. If you need help connecting, please ask a staff member.
Q Are there private rooms?

Q Are the private rooms fully soundproof?
A Neither the private booths nor the meeting rooms are soundproof. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation.

A Printing services through ACCEA are available at select locations. Please contact individual stores for details. Using ACCEA's print services also earns you discount coupons for cafe usage.
Q Are there lockers?

Q Is food available for purchase?

Q How many people can use the space together?
A There is no guest limit for general seating, but children in elementary school and above are each charged the regular fee. For large groups, we recommend reserving a meeting room (4-person, 6-person, or 8-person).
Q Can I make phone calls or hold web conferences?
A Yes, phone calls and web conferences are permitted at all seats. However, please be mindful of your volume out of consideration for other guests. If you prefer not to worry about noise, we recommend reserving a private telework booth or meeting room.
Q Can I eat at the cafe?
A Outside food and beverages are welcome. Light meal and food vending machines are also available inside the store. Please note that bringing in or consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Q Is smoking allowed?
A The entire facility is non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use a nearby designated smoking area.
